Nevine is an inspiring training and development facilitator whose particular strength is in customer service excellence.

Nevine has 16 years of experience working in the Customer Service industry in Canada and the Middle East covering various aspects of handling customers’ needs and issues.

She joined ABAMI in 2011 and since then Nevine has had the opportunity to work with multinational and regional clients in shaping and growing their businesses by being their Customer Service consultant. Over the course of her work, Nevine has worked closely with her clients to ensure that the best practices are communicated, delivered, and implemented successfully.

Her Clients have included the General Secretariat of the Executive Council in Abu Dhabi and DEWA among many more.
