  • Conduct Design Analysis – Design overall journey with specific learning objectives to fit user personas. Establish priorities and technical feasibility.
  • Instructional Design – Breakdown journey into milestones & knowledge bytes and define learning outcomes for each one. Design journey story board and game mechanics.
  • Identify Delivery Channels & Platforms – Design the ideal combination of the mix that addresses all learning styles for the target audience and best suits the content design. Identify the most suitable channel of interaction that can achieve the objective.
  • Create Detailed Design (Incl. Visual) – Create detailed story board for each knowledge byte and all related material including: PPT, learner guide, facilitator guide, feedback forms, checklist, questionnaires, assessments, and design the graphics, visuals, narratives, video script for the digital interactions, etc.
  • Production, Content Authoring & Publishing – Produce all material for the workshops based on approved design. Content authoring of digital interactions such as develop animations, videos, embed assessments, and embed grading. Set up LMS with gamification and journey components.
  • Validate Experience, Go Live, and Monitor Progress – Observe user experience. Identify what components of the experience need to be modified and implement agreed upon changes. Obtain final sign off on journey, go live, and promote. Produce reports on the participants usage, results, and interactions : ROI * ROE
