In August 2020, we announced our new strategic partnership with ‘Degreed’ in the region. At the launch event, over 50 of the ABAMI consultants from around the region attended a 90-min demo and presentation of this unique platform.

They experienced first hand, this amazing new platform, a game-changer that is creating a major disruption in the Talent Market Place and they were able to see how it will help us to serve our clients in the region to upskill, reskill and give their workforce a user-led learning experience.

Degreed is the world’s best upskilling and career mobility platform. Degrees provides individuals with a unique Learning Experience, Skills Analytics, and Career Mobility. The current market demand for corporate skills tools and platforms is growing exponentially and Degrees is the rising star in that space.

Degreed aggregates all the Organization’s learning content and systems under one platform and helps the individual to plan out their upskilling journey using collaborative learning in ambition to presenting them with formal learning opportunities.

Degreed uses AI and Machine learning to aggregate all of the inputs from assessments and skills matrices in one place and helps individuals and organizations to make a more informed decision on overall Talent Management.

This partnership helps ABAMI to move up the value chain in Talent Management and makes our presence felt in the HR Tech area with the big players. It also allows Degreed to offer value-added services to their clients using ABAMI’s solutions such as  SPIKE modules, Culture Transformation, and Leadership Cohesion.
